Limited Lifetime Warranty
PeopLoungers’ Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the patented parts of the reclining mechanisms against manufacturing and material defects for the useful life of the product by the original consumer when used in a normal manner so long as patented parts are available. This warranty does not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users. PeopLoungers’ obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at PeopLoungers’ option, any part or parts of reclining mechanism found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination by the manufacturer or representative. Costs for packing and shipping to and from the factory, if that is necessary, are not covered by the warranty.

Five Year Warranty
The wood frame parts, sleeper mechanism and sleeper mattress, spring and spring systems, and foam seat cores are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under our five (5) year limited warranty. Only the actual loss of foam resiliency is covered by the warranty. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with normal softening that will occur in all foam as a result of use and aging.

One Year Warranty
Electric motors, wiring, storage tables, drop down tables, massage units, and all other miscellaneous components have a one (1) year limited warranty against defective material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts.

Labor
PeopLoungers will pay the cost customary and reasonable labor charges for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts. All warranty service should be performed by a PeopLoungers dealer or PeopLoungers service representative. Costs for packing and shipping to and from the factory, if necessary, are not covered by this warranty.

Fabric
All upholstery fabrics used on your furniture has a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against wear under conditions of normal use and care. However, this fabric warranty does not cover shrinkage, piling, fading or where there is evidence of heavy soiling. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.

Leather Warranty
A one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase is provided for repair or replacement against manufacturing or material defects. Natural markings on leather and grain variations are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. When evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse, or where the leather has had some form of chemical applied, the leather warranty will not apply. Certain fabrics or leather carry warranties from their producers which supersede this fabric/leather warranty.
